3. Purpose of Processing and Retention 處理目的與留存

Your data is processed exclusively for the following administrative functions:

5. Express Checkout Services 快速結帳服務條款

To ensure data integrity and minimize discrepancies, MoodLab utilizes an Express Checkout System for autonomous data entry.
為確保數據準確性並減少誤差，MoodLab 設有「快速結帳系統」供客戶自行輸入資料。

• ●Submission: Upon clicking "Submit Information," details are transmitted to a restricted-access database, and a unique four-digit alphabetic reference code is generated.
  提交： 點擊「提交資料」後，資訊將傳送至受限數據庫，並生成一個四位英文字母識別碼。
• ●Data Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of information entered. MoodLab shall not be held liable for delivery failures or errors resulting from user-side data discrepancies.

6. AI Interaction and Analytical Platforms AI 交互與分析平台

• ●Local Storage: MoodLab AI chat data is stored locally within your browser and is not stored on our servers.

• ●Analytics: User behavior may be recorded by Vercel Analytics to optimize website performance.

• ●AI Models (NIM API): Our services utilize the NIM API and various models subject to change. While we enforce strict coherence policies, MoodLab does not host the underlying AI models and encourages users to review the privacy policies of the respective AI providers.

7. Legal Compliance and Third Parties 法律合規與第三方

• ●Jurisdiction: MoodLab operates in strict accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of the Hong Kong SAR.

• ●Logistics: We share necessary delivery details (name, address, phone) with third-party carriers (e.g., SF Express). These partners are required to adhere to confidentiality standards.

• ●No Marketing: Your data will not be used for promotional purposes or sold to third-party advertisers without explicit consent.

8. Terms of Service & Limitation of Liability 服務條款與責任限制

• ●"As-Is" Provision: All services and products are provided on an "As-Is" basis. MoodLab disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

• ●Sunset Clause (日落條款): MoodLab is a time-limited project. All digital hosting, API functionalities, and customer support services will conclude on July 30, 2026. After this date, MoodLab shall have no administrative duty to maintain records or respond to service requests.

• ●Liability Cap: In no event shall MoodLab's aggregate liability exceed the actual purchase price paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

• ●Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Hong Kong.
