Finding Your Order Information

You can find your order number in the email sent after your transaction with MoodLab.

Try using your email's search function to look for “Your receipt from MoodLab” or “MoodLab Sales.”

If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your Spam folder, even though these emails rarely end up there.

The order number can be found in the subject line or the body of the email.
